Structured Listening is a reflective coaching experience built around the simple but powerful act of listening without an agenda.

Rather than offering advice, directing you toward a goal, or trying to solve a problem, I create space for you to explore your thoughts, experiences, questions, and uncertainties in your own way.

As you talk, I listen carefully, paying attention to your words, recurring themes, connections, and patterns that emerge throughout our conversation.

Afterward, I organize what I've heard into a written reflection that preserves your own words and brings the different threads of the conversation together. The intention isn't to interpret your experience for you, but to give you a clearer view of what you've already expressed.
